A special fruit cake  in a wreath mould steeped in rum and cherry brandy and  decorated with glace  fruits and toasted marzipan.

Black Russian Cake

A dark Chocolate cake steeped in vodka and Kahlúa, definitely an 'evening' stay at home cake due to the alcohol content. Can be served as a cake or dessert

Bûche de Noël

My version of a classic chocolate log.

Chocolate sponge rolled with a chocolate buttercream & Griottine® Cherries (cherries soaked in kirsch). Finished with a chocolate glaçage 

 & cerisettes.

Available in various sizes and without the cherries

Christmas Stollen

A rich ,moist  traditional German bread filled with  dried fruit, warm spices and a generous  layer of premium  marzipan through the centre.Baked in small batches then dusted with icing sugar - perfect for the festive season.

Panforte

A traditional  Italian Christmas cake rich and  decadent,  with nuts and dried fruit and extravagantly spiced. My version has the addition of cocoa powder to make it less sweet. Dense wonderfully fragrant and indulgent - a delicious treat to savour over Christmas.


This is served ready packed and gift wrapped as a 6" round cake or a half round. Larger sizes available upon request

Raspberry, Chocolate and Pistachio Délice (F)

Decadent layers of pistachio sponge  chocolate  and raspberry mousses finished with a smooth raspberry jelly glaze

Passionfruit Cheesecake (F)

A rich and  creamy  baked  cheesecake flavoured with passionfruit, finished with a fresh passionfruit jelly

Alternative flavours:

Orange & Cranberry

Raspberry and Vanilla, please add an extra £3.00 for medium and £5.00 for large fo this variety


Apple and Blackberry Frangipane Tart(V,F)

Delicious lemon scented frangipane topped with sliced apples and studded with blackberries, baked until golden

Paris Brest (V)

A light  choux pastry ring filled with a crunchy praline filling

Quince and Mascarpone Trifle(V)

Marsala-soaked sponge  layered with slow-roasted quince topped with gently spiced  mascarpone custard a, finished with  whipped cream and a scattering of crushed pistachios. An unusual and particularly special dessert for Christmas Day.


Other flavours upon request:

Merlyn Chocolate Trifle:  Chocolate sponge generously drizzled with boozy Merlyn (a Welsh cream liqueur), layered with chocolate and Merlyn custard and finished with a generous topping of whipped cream.

Limoncello Trifle: Lemon sponge soaked in Limoncello  topped with  zesty lemon posset and whipped cream

Caramel Burnt Basque Cheesecake(V,F)

My version of this Spanish cheesecake sits on an almond shortbread base baked until just set  with a wonderfully creamy centre, flavoured with caramel and finished with its characteristic deeply caramelised top.
