My Pâtisserie Story

My love affair with all things sweet began after a false start as a waitress at a 4star hotel in Harrogate. Returning to catering college to study pâtisserie, I soon realised this was where I belonged.

Once qualified, I quickly built up a dizzying CV working in Michelin starred restaurants in France, Switzerland and the UK. With lots of hard work and determination, I learnt how to produce decadent desserts, chocolates, viennoiserie and cakes.

Changing direction some years later, I made the move into food manufacturing creating tantalising desserts for Marks and Spencer and sumptuous ice cream for Thayer's Ice Cream before setting up my own company Creative Food.
